1. One-Time Purchases

Charged once at checkout.

No recurring payments.

Order cannot be modified once processing has begun.

Cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is submitted, as we process quickly.
2. Subscription Purchases (Auto-Ship & Save)

Your selected product(s) will automatically renew and ship at your renewal date.

Your payment method will be billed automatically on each renewal date.

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
Subscription Management
You can update the following at any time:

Next order date
-
Quantity
-
Payment method
-
Shipping address
Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
Important Notes About Cancellation

Cancellations must be completed before your scheduled billing date.

If your subscription has already processed or shipped, that order cannot be canceled.

Future charges will stop immediately once cancellation is completed.
After canceling, you'll still receive any orders that have already been billed and shipped.
Failed Subscription Payments
If a renewal payment fails:

We will attempt to reprocess the payment up to three times.

If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled automatically.

You’ll receive an email notification if your payment fails or your subscription status changes.
Refunds on Subscriptions
Because subscription orders are processed automatically, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once an order has begun processing or shipped.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
