At Blue Mind Boost, your satisfaction is our priority.
Because our products are consumable and personal-care based, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at krmanufacturinginvestments@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Orders where the wrong address was provided

• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

• Products that have been opened or used
